BOOT CAMP Fitness
is a 60-Minute advanced, results-driven strength and conditioning
class. It is conducted utilizing a “military-style” format coupled
with a wide range of exercises for RAPID cardiovascular
conditioning, strength gains and body fat loss…truly some of the
most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness
today! This class is designed to safely and effectively produce
IMMEDIATE RESULTS in a way that’s fun and unique yet intense and
focused.
Insanity can be described as “doing the same thing
over and over and expecting a different result”…It’s
time for change.
What’s a daily workout session like?
No workout session is the same. We keep your interest and your
curiosity levels high in anticipation of each and every workout.
When you arrive at the training site, you should stretch until
formation time, promptly at 0500. Our warm-ups usually consist of
calisthenics and total body flexibility exercises to prepare your
system for the upcoming session, and we culminate with exercises to
cool the body down. Your workout will include, but are not limited
to; plyometrics, calisthenics, cardiovascular exercise, strength and
conditioning training, isometrics, stretching, agility training,
speed and endurance, partner resistance, group challenges and much
more
What if I can’t perform a certain exercise?
We
will give you a modified, low-impact alternative to strengthen your
body so that you will be able to reach your maximum potential.
What do I need to do to get started?
You’ll need a towel, a large water bottle, running shoes, loose,
comfortable clothing, and a gritty mental attitude.
What about the weather?
If for some reason the weather does not permit us to train for the
day, we will reschedule the session (via e-mail) for another
day/time the same week. if possible
Who can/should attend?
PSYCH Boot Camp Fitness
is designed for all fitness levels. You don’t have to be “fit” to
start. Our assessments are based upon each person individually. This
means you compete against yourself and not everyone else. We
establish each individual’s baseline fitness level before boot camp
begins, including resting and target heart rates, blood pressure,
girth measurements, nutrition programming (ESSENTIAL), strength and
flexibility.
What are the times?
PSYCH Boot Camp will be conducted Monday-Wednesday- Friday for four
weeks, beginning on June 28th 2010. Class is one hour and
begins at 0500 at 2985 Villa Rica Hwy in the Toadali Fit parking
lot..
